You agree to the Terms and Conditions by entering the Park.
Conditions of Stay
We will make every effort to meet your needs. If, however, there is an instance where we are unable to accommodate your requests, please be aware that any form of anti-social or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave the premises immediately.

Speed Limit
8km/hour speed limit at all times
Arrival and Departure Times
Cabins and Ensuite sites
Check-in time is 14.00. Early check-in may be considered depending on availability.
Check-out time is 10.00. Late check-out up to 11.30am may be considered if availability permits.
Sites
Sites are available from 12.00 on arrival date. Departure time is 10.00 on departure date.
Office Hours
Monday – Friday (09.00 – 17.00)
Saturday – Sunday (9.30 – 16.00)
Public Holiday (10.00 – 14.00)
If you plan to arrive after 17.00 weekdays or 16.00 on the weekends on the day of your arrival, please contact the office to arrange an afterhours arrival.
Lost keys/access cards
If your key/access card is not returned, a $30 charge for lost keys/access card will be charged to your credit card.
Pets – sites only
- Your dog(s) must always remain on a lead within the park.
- Your dog(s) must always be supervised whilst in the park.
- Just like children, your dog(s) must not be left unattended in any area of the park. This includes being left inside tents, campers, caravans, motorhomes, or our pet friendly accommodation on their own.
- As the owner of your dog(s), you acknowledge that you are personally responsible for any and all personal injuries and/or property damage in relation to any actions caused by your dog(s).
- Your dog(s) are not permitted in the camp kitchen, amenities, or pool area.
- Pet owners are 100% responsible for picking up and disposing of their dog(s) waste.
- Your dog’s bedding IS NOT to be washed in the guest washing machines.
As a pet owner you take full responsibility for any personal injury or damage caused by your dog whilst in the confines of this park and agree to pay for any claim of compensation in relation to your dog’s activities pertaining to injuries or damage caused.
Smoking
Is not permitted in any of our cabins or common areas. If smoking occurs in any of these areas, an additional fee of $450.00 will be charged to cover the cost of cleaning and sanitisation.
Facilities
Use of our swimming pool and playground may result in serious personal injury, children under the age of 12 must always be accompanied by an adult. All children are the responsibility of their parents or guardians.
Cabins
Your accommodation must be left in a reasonable condition.
If you do not leave your accommodation in good condition, we reserve the right to charge you a $450 cleaning fee or the cost of the repair for the cabin, whichever is higher. Photos of the cabins condition will be documented and will be provided to support the cleaning charge.
We reserve the right to enter your accommodation, at any time during your stay, to inspect the condition of the accommodation.
The Park does not accept any responsibility for the theft or loss of your personal possessions whilst staying in our park, you should take appropriate security measures to ensure against theft and or loss.
Unauthorized Activities
Our Park is used primarily by families, and we would ask that the behaviour of you and your guests reflects this.
Antisocial behaviour, noisy, offensive language, inappropriate behaviour such as illegal drug use, excessive use of alcohol, undue mess around your accommodation are prohibited. Any violence towards a guest, members of our staff or anyone’s property at the holiday park will not be tolerated.
Failure to comply with any of the above including damage to our property may result in eviction from our property.
All children must be supervised by parents or guardians throughout your stay. We reserve the right to deny access to our facilities if, in the reasonable opinion of the management of the Park, we believe that any child/children will be unduly disruptive.
Accessible Accommodation
One of our cabins is suitable for wheelchairs or for those who may have mobility difficulties. Certain cabins may not be suitable. Let us know at the time of booking if any of your party members have a specific requirement.
Visitors
All vehicles and guests must be registered with the office reception prior to entry and park in the visitor’s carpark.
You and your guests should comply with parking and other traffic regulations in our park. All vehicles are brought into the Park at the owner’s risk and the Park does not accept responsibility for loss or damage.
Only registered guests may use the park facilities.
Visitors not staying in the Park must vacate the site by 21h30.
Guests and visitors may not engage in any illegal activity at any time whilst on the Park’s property.
Booking
ID may be required to be presented at check-in for any of our accommodation.
Website Photos
Cabin and sites may have subtle differences in furnishes and fittings, we endeavour to place you in the accommodation shown in the photos at the time of booking, however it may not always be possible.
Bookings and Payment
Bookings to be paid in full the time of booking.
Cancellation and Refunds
Payments are not refundable unless 30+ days prior notice of your arrival date is provided. All cancellation are subject to a $30 cancellation fee.
Should you need to cancel your booking you must advise us by telephone and then confirm this cancellation via email quoting your booking reference number. Your cancellation will only be effective as at the date we receive your written confirmation.
Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the payment.
If you wish to depart early no refund will be given.
Management reserve the right to relocate or change the booked room/site, prior to or on arrival.
It remains the discretion of the Park Manager to modify the following terms and conditions for exceptional circumstances. In some circumstances, you may be able to have your deposit/full payment placed on your client account. No refund will be paid from the Client Account.
Compassionate cancellation
It is at the discretion of the Manager of the Park to provide a cancellation and refund of deposit outside of the below terms on compassionate grounds. However, a fee may be taken from your deposit and the remainder returned to your credit card.
We do not offer refunds for weather related reasons or other reasons outside of the control of Sunset Beach Holiday Park.
Cancellation or changes by us
In exceptional circumstances, we may have to cancel or change some aspects of your booking. If we do so, we will tell you as soon as possible prior to your holiday date and you may choose to either:
- Accept the changes offered by us
- Accept an alternative date with us at the same price.
- Receive a full payment.
We do not pay compensation in circumstances where we must cancel your booking including those contractual obligations where the circumstance is impacted by events outside our control.
Under 18’s policy
We are unable to accept bookings by anyone under the age of 18.
All guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult during their stay.
We do not have the resources to accommodate the needs of school leavers during the annual Schoolies.
We reserve the right to decline bookings from school and university leavers for the annual Schoolies period.
SUNDRY HIRE
Roll away beds
Roll out beds can be hired subject to Park availability. Roll out beds include linen, pillows and towels.
Cots and high chairs
Please advise us at time of booking if you require a cot and highchair. These are available to guests at no extra cost.
ALL FIRE RESTRICTIONS MUST BE ADHERED TO AT ALL TIMES.
If these terms are not adhered to a $500 fee will be imposed.
The Park also reserves the right to evict guests from the park who do not abide by the above terms.
Sullage policy
Please ensure all waste water is collected into a bucket and emptied into a sump drain. If this is not adhered to a $100 fine will be issued by the Park.
RMS terms & conditions
- Cancellation penalties depend on Accommodation Provider policies. An administration charge (defined on the booking form) applies to all booking changes and cancellations.
- RMS Online sells Accommodation Provider accommodation from an inventory supplied by each Accommodation Provider, and does not over-sell that inventory. RMSOnline does not accept any liability for unavailability of rooms caused by the Accommodation Provider over-selling there own room inventory.
- The customer will be required to provide a credit card at check-in to cover incidental charges and may be required to provide photo ID.
- RMSOnline makes its best efforts to ensure that the information available on its web site is accurate. However, RMSOnline cannot and does not guarantee that the site is free from errors or faults.
- RMSOnline does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information published on the site at any time.
- RMSOnline does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of or connected with its web site or for any products or services purchased from its web site.
- RMSOnline makes no warranty or representation about the fitness or suitability of any product or service advertised on its web site.
- RMSOnline offers are not commissionable to registered travel agents.
- RMSOnline receives a payment from the Accommodation Provider for the provision of the RMSOnline booking service.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to book Accommodation on RMSOnline.
- These terms do not affect consumers’ statutory rights.
- Customer acknowledges that a third party (‘card authoriser’) will process the credit card transactions required in respect of a booking. Customer agrees that RMSOnline is not liable for default by the card authoriser.
- Customer acknowledges that payment for the cost of accommodation will be held by RMSOnline on behalf of the Accommodation Provider and remitted to the property on terms agreed between RMSOnline and Accommodation Provider.
- Customer agrees to pay to RMSOnline by debit to customers credit card account the specific booking fee & cost of the accommodation. All fees are GST inclusive. RMSOnline will issue customer with a valid tax invoice in respect of this booking service.
- Bookings made through RMSOnline by the customer are made on behalf of the Accommodation Provider. Customer agrees that Accommodation Provider has sole responsibility for delivery of the services being booked by the customer and that RMSOnline is not liable for default by the Accommodation Provider.
- Whilst every effort is made to ensure your requested room type is available, we cannot guarantee the actual bedding configuration of the room. These requests are forwarded to the Accommodation Provider and are subject to availability on day of check-in. All additional requests (smoking room, etc) are also subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed by RMSOnline.
